Inspired by a deep interest in sacred geometry , Robert’s
design transcend ethnicity. Each vessel is a synchronicity
of colour and design that speak of the innate rhythms of nature.
A gourd is chosen with careful attention to shape and design.
After a years drying process the initial design is burned into the
gourd surface freehand. It is then hand coloured. A sealer is
then applied to preserve the colour. By growing the gourds uses,
Robert combines his two enduring interests, gardening and art.
Due to the organic nature of Robert’s art is a sustainable art product.
Robert lives and creates in Sedona, Arizona.
